How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online through our website, by calling us, or by visiting our clinic in person.
How should I prepare for a laser hair removal session?
To ensure the best results and a safe procedure, please follow these guidelines:● Three weeks before the session: Stop using waxing, sugaring, or any other hair removal methods that remove hair from the root. Only shave the treatment area.● Two weeks before the session: Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products. Discontinue the use of fluoroquinolone and tetracycline antibiotics if possible (consult your doctor if needed).● On the day of the procedure:
— Shave the treatment area no later than 10 hours before your appointment.
— Do not apply any gel, lotion, or cream to the skin. Avoid using depilatory creams.
— Inform your specialist about any medications you are taking.

● 1-2 days: You may notice slight redness of the skin in the area of the procedure, do not visit gyms, pools, saunas, hot tubs. You can take a warm shower when you need to. Your hair growth will slow down, use a razor only if necessary.● 2-14 days: You will notice that the hair grows locally and unevenly, it is thinner and softer.● 14-21 days: You notice hair loss, the skin condition has improved to smooth.● 21-28 or more days: Some hairs begin to recover, there are very few of them or none, it depends on the number of procedures completed.

Cancellations & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the reserved time.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
We understand that delays happen. Please call us as soon as possible if you're running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or do what we can.
